The Practice operates on a regional level from its strategically placed offices in Rochdale and has developed a wide ranging client base which includes PLCs, private companies, lending institutions, Local Authorities, Government bodies, Housing Associations and private clients.

Specialist Departments

There are four specialist departments; Valuation, Professional & Agency, Building Surveying / EPC's and Architecture. Each department is headed by a Chartered Surveyor Director, assisted by qualified and experienced support staff.
